Glorify God, Live Together, Make Disciples

Preparing to Gather on Sunday

Hebrew sermon series from Emmaus Bible Church, Omaha, NE

Often times we read Hebrews 13:20-21 as the benediction at the conclusion of our service. We do this because it is such a powerful reminder of God’s faithfulness to his promises and his people. It encourages us to be faithful in light of how God has been–and continues to be so faithful to us. But, I wonder, have you taken time to really wring out the meaning of what we are saying? In particular, what do these words mean after the verses that precede it? This Sunday morning we will look at these verses and endeavor to better understand and then more faithfully live in light of God’s Word.

Here is the sermon information and Liturgy for Sunday, July 19.
